We arrived at 7am and our room was ready. At RPR we arrived at 6.45ish, not ready but got our passes and they stored our bags.

we checked in at 07:00 left bags with them, got our express pass & cracked on... received a txt when room was ready

in short you can use the pass all day on arrival & departure
