I think you could do Epcot in a day.
AK could be done in a full day, but I always do two days for AK as I find it gets quite hot in that park for some reason. |

We will have one day at Epcot (or 2 half days) and 2 days at AK, because we love it there!

We only ever do max of 2 half days at animal kingdom and Epcot we usually visit 4-5 times in a fortnight for upto half a day each time. We only do Disney though.

We had 2.5 days in Epcot all told and would have loved more. You'll be going during the Flower and Garden festival so there's a little extra to take in there if it's of interest, the Garden Rocks concerts took some of our schedule up too.
We ate in Epcot quite a few evenings though (Le Cellier, Teppan Edo, Garden Grill, random food huts on concert night) so that added a lot of time there. It's all pretty individual, there aren't as many amazing attractions - but if you want to slow it down and really examine World Showcase you can be there forever. Animal Kingdom is the same, we had 2 days and would have loved more. The jungle trek can take a good few hours if you like to stop and watch the animals, the safari takes quite a while and the Lion King / Nemo / Rivers of Light shows will eat up a good few hours. Even just watching the entertainers and getting 'co-erced' into a parade took up a good while. Pandora wasn't even open when we were there last year! Again, if you're more interested in hitting the rides and heading away you can probably get away with 1-1.5 days at each. If you want to take it all in, you could fill a week with just those two. |

In the past we've tended to do 1.5 to 2 days at Epcot and 1 day at AK. However, with the opening of Pandora and the new nighttime events, I think we'd now need 1.5 days at AK.
So, I'd say you want to pencil in 3 days (maybe 4) to do both.

I would schedule a minimum of 2 in each park. You could probably do AK in less but as someone mentioned above, it depends how much time you want to spend in the animal sections. If you're not that bothered by that side, 1 day would be fine.
I could certainly do Epcot in less as well but (to the horror of most Dibbers) I don't like the World Showcase or most of the dining options there, so it's a limited park to me. I've only scheduled half a day for a few must dos. Plenty disagree with me though, which is why it's not what I recommend for other people. Edited at 08:02 PM. |

Not to the horror of this dinner 😂 I love futureworld but world showcase I can leave, I like to walk round to the America part to get an American dream though! My husband loves it, one kid likes it and the other hates it so it's prob the park we visit the least!
