Hi
Flying from Gatwick to Mco in May and booked 3 premium seats.
On way out reserved two in front row (1H/K) and 2H.
Then inbound back center row 7DFG
Have I chosen ok?
Any recent premium reviews from fellow dibbers ?
Thanks

The front seats have the bonus of no seat in front so no reclining seat but it has the downfall of the partition wall in front of you so there is actually less leg room in theory as you can not put feet under seat in front.

But on the up side the H/K does have a little bit more room than A/C for some reason the partition is set in a different position

I am 5.8 and find there is plenty of room for me sitting here but if you are taller it may be cramped.

Your TV screen is also in the arm of the seat so it can be annoying and get in the way when you want to leave your seat.

The seats you have coming back are the best seats for going out first off plane you exit from the door behind from the left of the aircraft

We said won’t do row 1 again because of the lost legroom due to the partition wall in front. Row 7 is our favourite because we can recline without interfering with anyone else and being the back row of PE you don’t have as many people walking past you. As mentioned above you are also first off the plane so I’ve led the way to immigration a couple of times.

I recall posting these photos earlier this week

Row 1

Row 7 (the seat back pocket was rammed with stuff)

I'm 6' 1" with long legs.

We have 7 booked outbound in April and row 6 inbound. Waiting for the row 7 inbound people to change their minds or cancel so that I can grab them.

One reason we prefer row 7 is that we can recline "guilt free" - no intention of starting a "recline" debate please

Mick

Anyone getting on long haul and moaning because someone wants to recline is just being ridiculous Ok if your on a 1 hour flight to Paris I get it... but 9 hour to Orlando... push off...

Middle row 7 in premium is the best, you get slightly more room than the others and a small bit of the seat lifts up under your calves so you can lounge more. None of the other seats have these as they are the crews resting seats. There is also a curtain that can go round but not sure if you are allowed to use that.

We have booked the two front row seats on the left and the two behind.

My son is Autistic and if he sits at the front, he cannot kick up or push the back of anyone's seat. Perfect for us.

We've booked 1A/C on the way back and I think I may change them. Can anyone remember which side the toilets are on?
We've got row 7 on the outward leg as it was great for getting off first.

Without igniting the debate Mick, in my opinion TC are best for no hassle reclines as their economy seats recline just 4.4 inches and Premium 6 inches. , so shouldn’t impact on folks behind.

The toilets are on the left hand side, so potentially people would queue around that area.
