Which Rollercoaster is best for first ride

If you've only experiences something like Seven Dwarfs Train then my next step would be Everest at Animal Kingdom then Rock N Roll Rollercoaster.

Non Disney I'd do The Mummy and Rip Ride Rocket. If you want to try one with a proper loop then Kraken is good. Very smooth. A real quick smooth ride with out loops woukd be Mako at Seaworld. For easing into it I'd say Manta and the Hulk are not good to start off with, much more extreme. I'd get your rollercoaster wings before trying them.
