Phew, that's a relief - we've all been worried about you.

Great to hear you got your swim
... but very disappointed to hear of their response to you when you had missed it Quite frankly I thought they would have been alot more accommodating..I suppose they are busy this time of year..but surely they must get a small percentage of ' no shows' each day, for whatever reasons, that might allow a little flexibility. ..they have certainly taken a bit of a dive in my estimation ... considering how customer friendly we found them to be. Hope you got some good photos !

the second person we spoke to was lovely, but the first wasn't accomodating. I think on the day it's down to who you get to speak to and . so that was why we phoned again. So glad we did!
When we were there we had a little tour with another family who weren't doing the dolphin swim. They asked if they could get upgraded to do it and the girl was lovely and said it was worth them going to ask as they might be able to fit them in. Ur rite about the no shows...I mean look at my case! lol. Thanks again everyone...great site this is. Always sooo helpful! |

I glad that you got it sorted. I must admit that I would have just taken the first answer that I got, so it shows that it is worth trying again
