Wanting to book for December 2020, which airline allows you to book in advance?

Virgin will release seats 11 months in advance. Thomas Cook may have seats available now or very soon but the prices might be expensive with it being so far out.

Scheduled airlines usually release flights roundabout 11 months out. Charter airlines release flights earlier but usually they will be part of a package of some sort.

The main Charter Airlines, TC and TUI, release flight only tix at the same time as their TA sections, so you can buy flight only without it being part of a package.
