A bit strange. We tried to book for this week (we are out here now) and first got an email back saying they were having problems with the boat and would get back to me. I called on Monday and Debi checked availability (I could here her thumbing through some papers, assume it was a diary) and she said she had nothing for us this week. Didn't mention anything about the 3 person ruling...

We're leaving tomorrow and have booked a trip next week and are soo looking to this.

I have emailed them asking for clarification and will post any reply I get.

We're booked with them on September 8th September - just two of us so that'll be great!
Amazing how the big boys try to bully smaller companies. When we spoke with Debi they thought they might have to change their departure point but as yet, that hasn't happened.

Unfortunately this hasn't been our experience. Contacted them shortly after we arrived two weeks ago with a specific date in mind which they had no availability for. Asked them to email us with what availability they had over the next 18 days and they never got back to us. Will see what happens with the current problems before deciding whether to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again next year.

They have rather been tied up with events recently. There are plenty of good reports from Dibbers backing up their service. have you checked your junk emails just incase the reply went there? Just a thought.
