I definitely second the trainer thing, I got quite a few pairs of gorgeous light weight gym trainers last year in Nike which feel so good on your feet and have the sock-like inserts which are fab. Alex also got quite a few pairs as his take quite a beating so he needs the decent ones and they are literally a fraction of the price here.
You will be fine after having the baby! All the feeding and running around really speeds up your metabolism! I look better in my 30s than I did in my 20s

15 in a class? We only see that when a trainee instructor is filming their assessment DVD!
