... saying someone tried to log in to my account last night but was blocked after 5 failed attempts. Why anyone would want to log into my account is beyond me! Very odd.
Anything similar for anyone else?

A lot of people think they have registered with usernames they use elsewhere so try and log in using that and it fails. It happens a lot.
