Apparently this is a glitch on the Disney website, they have uploaded by mistake the New Year Eve menu (according to comments on the DIS) and they are working to fix it.

I totally agree..More people talk about what is the best time to eat to watch fireworks, and not what is the food like..

We were there in May for a 7pm seating. The blinds were only pulled where the sun was actually beating through the glass and it otherwise would be blinding and roasting hot. As soon as the sun dropped a little bit the blinds there were up. It certainly didn't change our enjoyment and we've eaten there a few times.
