Just a thought but has anyone bought antihistamines over there? I normally pick up the advil, but for some reason have never thought to look at these and am now thinking I could possibly be saving myself a small fortune as I take them virtually year round.

Equate Ibuprofen, costs about $7 for 500 of them. DayQuil and NyQuil equate equivalent, great for colds and Mucinex for sinus pain sufferers. Also things like Halls cough sweets come in huge bags instead of a little tube, they were on offer when we were there for $1 a bag. Pussycat

Not medicinal but Equate nail polish remover pads from Walmart are far better than any I've bought at home!

Forgot one earlier - look no further if you're eating...
At Target's (and presumably Wal-Mart's or Walgreens') Pharmacy counter, you can ask for a product called Sennagen. It's a generic Senokot (laxative) and last time I priced it was approximately one-fifth the price of the branded stuff. It comes in a bottle of 100 tablets. Also (more of a H&B one) - if you like OPI Nail Envy, Walgreens usually does it for much cheaper than we can buy it here. April |
