Can anyone confirm that you can meet Anna and Elsa during morning EMH at Epcot?

We’ve met them twice, just happened to be walking past in an afternoon, and the time said 30 minutes and 15 minutes, both times there was only 1 family in front of us, less than 2 minutes wait
