Just as an FYI Discovery cove has agreed to move our booking to next September so 2022 with no penalty. So impressed with them

They moved our August booking to May next year. I�ve moved it 4 times now. I agree, they are very good.

I cancelled our booking for 1/9/21 and during the processes they offered to move it to any date in 2022. this was earlier this week also.

I have just changed our Florida trip from Dec to Sep next year. Messaged them to see if we could move, and within 24 hours (on a weekend) confirmed they have moved it. Really really impressed.

They are wonderful. They gave us the choice of rebooking or total refund.

They moved our booking back a week in 2019 when it was looking as though Dorian was going to hit, no problems at all.

Thanks for this, I will try and move my booking, although they have already moved it to later in September, when I thought there might be a slight chance of travelling.

We have had our booking moved from October to July next year at no charge however they said discovery cove have the change on their system but did not issue new tickets to help the environment, is everyone else the same as we only have the October tickets and worried if we go to SeaWorld or Bush earlier there will be a problem.

I got mine moved, no reissue of tickets, just an email. I usually make a trip to DC before I visit SW/BG/AQ and they issue a lanyard which saves carrying around the large pieces of paper, so hopefully won't have to worry. I'm sure it will be OK

I've just emailed them asking them what our options are. We're booked for 29/9 (at a really good black friday price). I'm not 100% sure what our dates will be next year, and won't be for a while until Virgin actually cancels our flights, and I can re-book them, but it could be a month or more until I know... so we will see what DC say!
