Contacting Premier inn!

Anyone know which way is best? I accidentally booked only 1 person for a double room tomorrow and can't amend online to 2. I just wanted to make sure it would be ok. I've tried phone, email, Twitter and Facebook messenger. Local PI not answering phone. So frustrating! Anyone made the same mistake? I'm sure it will be ok but wanted to make sure.

We’ve done that and when we turned up we just explained that we had been unable to contact them to let them know of an additional guest. On both occasions they were absolutely fine with it.

Thanks, I don't know why I was worried really? Maybe because I've not been away since last March! Why can't you contact anyone these days?!

I wouldn’t bother, I’ve accidentally booked for one rather than 2 loads of times and no problem. If you do still want to call them I had to phone them a couple of times last week to change bookings. I used the 03330038101 number, option 2 for amend booking and they answered really quickly

I work for Premier Inn, just tell them as you check in as the room will only have been set up for 1 person so you will need to get extra towels.

I find Premier Inn website does this all the time; put in dates, 2 guests etc and search. It shows prices but if you look back at the top it just shows 1 adult, you need to change it again but it's so easy to go through the booking without realising.

I don't think it will be an issue, just mention it at check-in.
