Can Our Day Get Any Better!

[Mr Tom Morrow]

The Post was late arriving today but my goodness it was worth waiting for. So what did we get.

I had a letter from the DWP saying I'm getting a £200 Winter Fuel Payment.

I also had a copy of the DVC Disney Files Magazine with a pull out Picture of Walt Disney.

What did Mrs Morrow get.

She was not happy!

As she had just turned 60 a Bowel Screening Test Kit complete with a poo stick.

Good news on the £200

I was in the dog house re Walt Picture (thought it was great)

However taking a photo of us 2 at AK and replacing it with Walt without asking didn't go down well!

Got my Bowel Cancer test back last week. Glad it's going to be two years till I have to do that again!

I don't think you should chuck these sticks in the stream and watch them float away.

Or maybe you can and they would be called floaters!

Poo sticks can save a life though so look at it that way. A friend of mine would not be here now if she hadn't got one.

Your wife should consider herself lucky she only had to do the stick test. I know we are much the same age so you will remember the 3 little sample windows we used to have to do.

Yes those 3 windows. The sad thing was you had to find somewhere to put the darn test for another 2 days whilst you waited to open the next window.

It was like a bloody advent calendar!
