WDTC UK eMail

Does someone have the Walt Disney Travel UK email address?

I got a call today saying that the room I booked shouldnt be available on the dining credits deal, so they needed to remove it off my booking, but they were adding gift cards instead, which was absolutely fine but on checking the new invoice they've dropped the original $200 gift card, so i want it reinstated.

The online email form is going to the USA and I cannot find an email for uk/international

The free $200 gift card is part of the dining credits deal. Since the dining credits deal isn't applicable in your case that might be why they've dropped it. It sounds to me like they're giving you those gift cards as s gesture of good will.

No your understanding is wrong, the woman was very clear that it was a mistake on their part (I booked over the phone) and I would not be out of pocket. Its an oversight not intentional, they even added the 50yr anniversary basket and put the refund on the invoice.

It was a very nicely managed customer service interaction, but they just missed a bit off, I'm not concerned about not getting the gift card I simply do not want to wait 1hr+ on the phone, or use the space up for someone who needs a conversation.

A goodwill gesture is something very different to this.

Nobody said that a mistake was not made. The point made is that the dining credit and gift card is the same deal. So if you were mistakenly given dining credits, then you were also mistakenly given the original $200 gift card.
