Update VS schedule A350-1000 on LHR-MCO route Jan-Mar - now changed back toA330-300

Virgin Atlantic appear to be scheduled to operate the VS91 LHR-MCO from 1 Jan 22 to 27 Mar 22 with the A350-1000 leisure configuration with 16 UC/56 PE/325EC inc 45 EC Delight. EC Delight are expected to be located in the rear cabin with seats starting at 66ABC/HJK and 65 DCE and finishing 69ABC/HJK and 71DEF.

As always aircraft can be substitued at any time so the type is never guaranteed.

The Summer 22 schedule starting 28th Mar will revert to an A330-300 at this stage.

Edited to add that it now looks as though Virgin have reverted back to an A330-300

I think it will probably continue into the summer on that route, as they have another a350 due in April they are probably just holding off finalising.

Summer schedules are yet to be updated for Virgin ex LHR or MCO. They should have 2 x A350 in service by April, with first coming in December and going straight onto LHR-MCO route.

hoping the second will come up to Manchester!

SC. Thank you for this information. We have been switched on to this plane as they have compacted 2 flights in to 1.

Your information regarding seating was spot on so well done for posting as I was getting confused with the plane layout.

However after due consideration I have decided I will not be upgrading from PE to UC at a cost of £4220 each.

Does that mean EC Delight are at the back of the bus? Seems strange to be paying extra, getting priority boarding but then being the last to get off the plane.

Sorry to hijack the thread SC.
Does anyone know if this plane has a fully wheelchair accessible toilet onboard? Special Assistance have said the A330-300 does, but so far nothing about the other planes. I’m trying to find out for a flight in January, but so far Virgin can’t tell me.
