If they are at home or accommodation based tests like an LFT and simple to pick up for free from a pharmacy or take an NHS one there with you then we will still go.

If it requires finding, booking, paying for and then travelling all over for a test centre for it to be done in person somewhere then we will cancel and use a voucher to go elsewhere through B.A.

It'll then just be the £148 I paid for QURED tests I've wasted but I can live with that.
Keeping my fingers crossed that it’s the former option for you.👍🏻

Mike. You couldn't have engaged with anyone less caring than me if you tried. Seriously, you have no idea how little interest I have in your insults. But please, keep trying
Well if it makes you feel better, it was less to engage with you personally, and more to hopefully stop the trend of the 'confidently ignorant' posts we keep seeing pop up when discussing this topic. You insulted everyone first by telling us all we were spreaders of fake news, when that wasn't the case. I'll leave it at that.

I rearranged my summer trip after booking qured tests, but managed to still use them months later, every time the appointment is due just continually modify and roll it on to the furthest ahead date. Something to try if it comes to that.

I hadn't thought of that, thank you that's good advice, I like the idea of Mexico somebody mentioned, going to start looking today.

Plan C will be a tent in the garden.

We are totally with you on this one! This is also our plan B.

As much as a love going to the states we've not had a holiday for two years now. Anywhere would be amazing at the point!

We will be doing the same. Although today, I just feel like cancelling Florida and going somewhere else.

I am so glad I'm not the only person feeling this way!

I'd just like a family holiday at this point. I'm starting to care less about it being Florida. Which is my favourite place & were we'd like to be but right now a lot of stress 😩

At home testing - antigen kits cost $23.99 + tax and come as packs of 2, can order them online for delivery to your accomodation but in all likelihood you can pick them up too.

In pharmacy testing needs advance booking for an appointment, there's also a matter of costs - the US say testing is free, costs covered by health insurance or federal assistance but for the latter you need to provide a social security number.

They need to clarify what their requirements are for testing (supervised/non supervised) and how you record the result to show that you have complied with the attestation.

If they don't ask for a supervised test and don't have a method to record your compliance then I can't see many folk dragging their kids around Orlando seeking out antigen tests, let's be honest.
We have not been asked for ID, SSN or Insurance info for any of our tests but they do ask address info.

Im sure it will be the ones you guys get free, so just bring em with you!

Hopefully we get the info needed today.

This would be the best outcome. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for everyone that we find out soon. 🤗
