Akershus with an under 3?

We've never done Akershus before and I've booked it for our next trip. I'm confused about pricing for our under 3s because it's a cross between a buffet and prix fixe.

DD2 will probably be fine with a small plate from the buffet but DD1 will be 2.5 and will need a proper meal. Do we pay the over 3s price to get her a meal or can she get an entree too without paying as if it were a buffet?

Thanks

We actually went twice years ago with baby and 2 two year olds. The two years olds could order of the children's menu, eat what they wanted off the buffet and have a drink all for no charge.

For breakfast last week a family were explaining the ages of their child and that the 'nearly 3 year old' ate a lot. The CM said 'well under 3s are free and can eat what they want so that'll save you some dollars'

Just wanted to say thanks for posting as we have this booked in november and have a 2 year old and i had assumed he would just have to share ours. However if he can have his own at no charge thats great ☺
