Lyft vs uber? Which is better ?

I have tried to set up uber but my phone no and name was changed, think I downloaded a dodgy free ride code. Can't seem to get this sorted So now I can't use the uber app. Is lyft used the same way as uber? Only looking to go from hrh to I-drive, shopping outlets etc. Any help would be appreciated

We went to NY in April and used Lyft, apparently New Yorkers don't like Uber, something to do with Trump.
Our hotel promoted Lyft so we had money off vouchers,we found them to be fantastic,used them every day and couldn't fault them,great service

We used both Lyft and Uber in Orlando and New York last month and can honestly say there was no difference with either. Both were quick to come, reliable and cheaper than taxis.

When we were in Orlando last year a couple of our Uber drivers were also signed up to Lyft. We stuck with Uber but I believe there is no real difference.

Yes we have used both in Orlando.
Very much the same as each other.
Got the discount codes for both and used both

Definitely download the app. I guess you can enter code too, I waited until we got there to enter code but I assume you can do it in advance.

Might sound obvious but make sure it's a US code for $'s off rather than a UK code for £'s off.

Just make sure the code does not expire before you go as some only have a short "life span".
