Anybody else awaiting Thu and the A Level results

Waiting for Thursday to roll around to see if DS has secured his place at Cardiff Uni studying Business Management, and how the exams went. We still have not heard about accommodation yet.
This shapes their future so much, fingers crossed for everybody.
Anybody else want to share?...
The Thursday after is youngest DS GCSE results day.

Trying not to think about it. DD in tears the other night with the what ifs... Think she'll be ok.

Me too my DD waiting although she does take everything in her stride!
Can't believe I'm on a long day at work to, usually get to come home for lunch but training session on thursday typical!
Think I will probably be more nervous than her!

My son is waiting too...hopefully get the results he needs to do International Relations and Politics at Uni... but if he doesn't then so be it and the plan alters

We are waiting for AS results and GCSE English resit. We don't think they have gone great so I am expecting to have to talk to head of sixth form and see if DS2 can do an extra year and start his Alevels again.

Yes, we are in the same boat as you Klare.

Arrived back in the U.K. this morning. A Level this Thursday for eldest DS - he needs AAB to do Geography at Exeter. Youngest DS next Thursday for GCSE - he has to get 4 As and a B to stay at his school to do A Levels.

Good luck to everyone's DCs - I feel an anxious 11 days ahead ...

It's the most horrible waiting game. I hate it - and I'm the teacher! When it's my own boys, I'm not sure I'll cope. All the very best to all of those students waiting for results over the next 2 weeks.
