I feel exactly the same. Booked an 0730 hrs ADR as a surprise for my youngest daughter. Hope I don't regret it😟.

I'm seriously considering dropping it , it $200 to go so a lot of money to waste when they might enjoy IHOP more

Can I ask what time your ADR was. I booked this as we had so much fun at this breakfast in 2012 but my son has Autism there is no way I could get him to stand in a queue for 30 minutes. It might cause more stress than it is worth

We've never had to ask for extras to the skillet as it's always been more than enough for us. Today though there were only three sausages between the three of us, definitely ask for more if you're going and there isn't enough of what you want.

We don't eat the biscuits or potatoes so the extra sausages and getting bacon were a must.

9:40am as we thought it might be quieter later. We changed from 8:30am.

When we left the check in queue was almost back to the entrance from the monorail but the queue for stitch was shorter.

We did breakfast at O'hana last October and for a 10am ADR we waited 50 mins for our table. The CM at check in was surly and it was so busy that there was nowhere to sit. We were told the pager wouldn't work if we left the waiting area either so we just had to stand about awkwardly. After all that, the food was good and the setting lovely and stitch is my favourite character. I think the problem is that there are far too many tables and the characters make slow progress so tables are occupied for a long time. They probably thought meeting stitch first would solve the waiting problem but i'm not sure I'd book again unless they change back.

We did breakfast at Ohana's last October, had a reservation at 8 am, it's a shame they have changed the set up there,we had a really good time. I hope Disney decide to change it back to how it was before,it dosent sound like guest's are getting a good deal!

We went for breakfast at Ohana on our last day two weeks ago, and just thought it was weird having to queue up for Stitch.

Our buzzer went off for a table whilst we were in the queue but then couldn't leave the queue so missed our spot and then got the next available once we were done with Stitch.

Such an odd system but on the other hand, I think having a photo pass photographer was worth the wait as I got significantly better quality photos from him with the backdrop and being able to have a family picture taken is a bonus.
