Depressed vegetarian

Off to Disney in 2 weeks and I did a little restaurant menu review... very very sad to see that Columbia harbour house no longer has the lighthouse sandwich on the menu.
I now see and tuna sandwich and a vegetarian chilli... neither are something which I want. Very sad as upstairs was one of my favourite spots.

Does anyone one has any suggestions to try something else or do you think they have a secret stash of the sandwich fixings in the back which I could ask for?

I was very disappointed when I went to Columbia harbour house on Tuesday as I had been looking forward to trying the veggie sandwich for the first time having read about it on here ( been a strict veggie for 30 odd years). We really struggled to be honest and ended up in cosmic rays ordering a falafel burger which was completely inedible - easily the worst counter service meal we had by far even the 2 meat eaters in my family hated it there which is a shame as we have enjoyed with the topping bar in the past.

Fill is vegan and he has never had a problem eating anywhere, I find that over here they are very good at making something you are happy with if you don't fancy something from the menu

Pinocchio Haus does a lovely Caprese flatbread - Tomatoes, Basil, Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella and balsamic dressing.
Can sit upstairs and look out into its a small world.
