Dining Plan - Where/what to eat?
Hello
We will be staying onsite at SSR for the first time next year and will have the dining plan. So I have been trying to do some research on best places to eat and best use of snack credits! Just 2 adults and will eat most things! So far we have shortlisted the following - TS Sanaa Tusker House (Breakfast) Ohana Boma Mama Melrose (I think you can get the Fantastic Package!?) 1900 Park Fare Le Cellier QS BoG - Breakfast or Lunch (think they're both QS?) Pecos Bill Wolfgang Puck Marketplace (breakfast) Blaze D-Luxe Burger Flame Tree BBQ Snacks Pulled pork fries - Flame Tree BBQ Baked Mac n Cheese - 8 Spoons Cafe Yesake - Build your own bowls Any suggestions or anything I have got wrong? Thanks Tre x

You haven't got anything wrong and I would say you have some great choices! Especially Sanaa, that was one of our favourites.
You may already know but just in case you don't Le Cellier is a signature restaurant so will use 2 credits per person! Yes both lunch and breakfast are QS at BoG. Make sure you book a reservation still though as walk ups aren't very frequent. And pre order your food up to 30 days before to skip the massive queue! I would recommend lunch over breakfast, we didn't like breakfast at all. I much preferred the TS dinner though. For suggestions I would add Earl of Sandwich to you QS list, their sandwiches are so good. And also Columbia Harbor House in MK is brill too if you like seafood!

Hi Tre 85, my daughter and I stayed at SSR last October, it's a lovely resort and very handy for DS. We had dining reservations at some of the places you have mentioned, we did California Grill and Narcoossee's, both were fantastic for the food and experience's. They are signature restaurant's, so take 2 TS credit's but are worth it, you can observe the fireworks from MK on the terrace and watch the Electrical Water Pageant Parade at Narcoossee's! We also did breakfast at Garden Grill at Epcot, the character interaction, for us, was one of the best! Wolfgang Puck Express is also great for dinner too, we have been a couple of times and had breakfast there. Another meal we enjoyed, was at 50's Prime Time Cafe at HS, food and service were great, just make sure you eat all your green's!

Thanks for your replies.
We know Le Cellier is 2TS credits so we are planning to save some where possible theres just so much to choose from. My OH likes the look of Narcoossees too so might have to try to fit that in too! We have done BoG lunch before so might give the breakfast a go. We had planned to eat at Sanaa when we went in May but changed out minds and I have been kicking myself since. Forgot about EoS - we ate there on our first visit in 2014 but haven't been since so will definitely add it to my list thanks for the reminder. We did lunch t Garden Grill in May and really enjoyed it but think we want to try some more places we haven't been too. I like the look of 50s Prime Time but I don't think my OH will like the setting and theme - we had milkshakes at Tune in Lounge and he wasn't impressed lol. Thanks again for your help - I have a while to change my mind and finalise our plans!

Your welcome I don't think you would be disappointed with Narcoossee's, we had the lobster, it was delicious!

Hiya ... we did Le Cellier a couple weeks back after never trying it on DDP for about last 5 years... I got told it wasn't worth it from a colleagues fiancé who had just returned from working as a CM atbdisney.
I decided to,trynit anyway and was not impressed sadly... steak massively undercooked and sides way too rich! Server also wasn't the greatest but I felt ready for the day to be over... our reservation time ran way over! There are better 1TS restaurants than Le Cellier ( imo )

Hi we just got back this week we tried most of the steak places the best was the yachtsman best steak of whole holiday, but best for atmosphere and steak was STK in disney springs. We also loved raglan road and house of blues. Worst meal was at rainforest cafe in animal kingdom food not good service was rubbish walked out in end. Hope this helps. We ate at le celler steak was ok long wait for table don't think we would go back. They also charged our tip to our room when we had paid cash for it, was removed next day. Make sure you write cash on bill if paying tip in cash.
