February 2020

It's OH 60th next year and they have mentioned a cheeky week to Disney might be nice. We go every year in May but have not done the parks for 4 years now and no plans do them this year. But what is the weather like, park queues like, in February I have been looking at buying an annual pass, should I buy it in the UK or buy a 14 day ticket and upgrade when there in May. Sorry lots of questions

Hi we have been twice in Feb 2015 &2017 , first time was a bit more chilly than the second .
In 2017 we actually got sun burnt , but was on our Wedding Day at Cocoa Beach xx

Love this time of year and to be honest crowds were good only time it gets busy is over Presidents weekend ut just use the water parks x

Would love to go again at this time of year but now tied to school hols as I now work in a school and Son due to start Secondary school in Sept , so now looking at end of Aug 2020 for us , know its going be a lot busier and hotter xx

I’ve done February once. Great park touring weather. Not much rain and doesn’t get too hot. We only had one day hot enough to swim but I like it really hot to swim. We needed a hoody first thing and in the evenings and one day needed leggings. Not my fave as I like to boil but we got as much done in 9 nights as we do in 14 because the cooler weather meant we could go all day.

This year was toasty - hitting low 30's most afternoons. We had one day where it rained from 6pm and another where there was 10 minutes of heavy downpour when we were in the World of Disney. However be prepared for anything from that to frost.
Crowds around Presidents day weekend are crazy, after that it drops away. I believe early Feb is quieter.

Was over there in late feb /early march back in 2013. Lovely and warm during the day and still good for shorts in the evenings, but always have a fleece handy for night time as it can get chilly especially if the weather is bad further north in the country. We are back there late Feb next year too.

If you are going in February you need to go to Universal. Mardi Gras is great. The best parade in Orlando and great fun.

We came back three weeks ago, the weather was great, lovely and warm, only a little bit of drizzle.

Before you book check out the dates for Presidents weekend, the Disney Princess marathon and spring break. We were lucky with low crowds as our week was the week after Presidents Day but apparently the weeks before and after we went was crazy busy.

I agree that Mardi Gras in Universal was lots of fun! I'd definitely go in February again.
