Tether an iPad to an iPhone

I know how to do it but will I get a change I got unlimited data on the I phone but limited on iPad as I am away from Tuesday I was thinking of using the data from the iPhone to iPad

Yes turn mobile data off on the ipad and tether from iPhone then no charges incurred as long as your covered on your plan for free data where your going
