Galaxys Edge - Orlando

So I read that when Galaxys Edge opens on the 29th of August, HS will be open from 6am for all guests. Does this mean it will be open for all resort guests or just everyone going to the park? Does anyone know?

We check out of Disney accommodation on the 27th, but our park tickets are still valid until the 31st and our boys would love to see it before we leave (yes I'm aware that the whole of the world will be trying to get in!).

If it is resort guests only I am thinking of booking one night in a value resort just to get the early entry.

Anyone is allowed in from 6am up to the 1st sept then extra extra magic hrs start for onsite guests.

It's open at 6am for everyone - offsite guests and onsite guests - on the 29th, 30th and 31st August anyway.

From 1st September it switches to onsite guests only from 6am, offsite guests are allowed in at 9am.

Based on when other areas have opened in the last couple of years, if you want to guarantee your entry (assuming they don't do reservations like a disneyland) then you're going to want to be there well before 6am.
