Fastpass time and +1 help

My 60 days is on Friday, do the fastpasses open at 11 or 12? Also what is this 60+1 I keep reading about? Does it mean I can make reservations on Thursday? Thanks for any advice

FPP opens at 12. You won�t be able to make them Until Friday. The 60+1 is where you can book for your length of stay if staying in a Disney resort. So your FPP open 60 days before the arrival day of your trip, 60+1 is 1 day after arrival, 60+2 is 2 days after arrival etc. So if you�re staying for 2 weeks you can book FPP for the last day at 74 days out from that day.
