This one of my favorite little secrets. If it is raining and you want to see Aladdin and/or Jasmine, go to Restaurant Marrakesh at the back of the Morocco Pavillion. Opposite the restaurant entrance is another set of double doors (The back of the bazaar building). This is where you will find A&J if they can't be outside due to inclement weather. Hardly anyone is ever in line there and you get more time with them . . . and it's a great backdrop for photos!

We visited the "Art of Disney" shop and DS was chosen by the Disney artist to be "Guest artist of the day".
He was asked to choose a character to trace under the guidance of the artist at his drawing board and when it was complete they framed it, put it on an easel with a purple velvet cloth over it then played music in the store and had a "grand un-veiling". They made areal fuss of him and he felt like a V.I.P. The art was left on display for the whole day in the shop for customers to admire and he got to take it home. He was even asked to sign an autograph book! It was a day we will never forget and we were given the drawing to take home. |

Our kids did the mobile phone challange (kim possible i think? ) you pick up a phone on the way in and have to follow different challanges as you visit different worlds. It really kept our 6 year old amused for ages as he asked CM's for clues (in code of course! ) and controlled lots of the animations in shop windows, made clocks chime etc

When we went last year, we sat in the Germany pavillion having a beer and it was great fun watching all the kids and parents doing the Kim Possible challenges. What made it nice was seeing the little figures coming out of the buildings when the kids did things with the phones!
