I must have missed the "car park parade" and "car park firework display" or are us motorists subsidising all these extras for everyone using public transport.

It could be argued that those staying on site paying Disney room rates subsidise a lot of things too!

To paraphrase Basil Fawlty;

Well, may I ask what you were expecting for your $17parking fee?
Sydney Opera House, perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeasts swinging majestically...

Can we please let this go?

We were talking about how we have noticed this trip howmuch more Disney are trying to widen the gap for on-site guests, and I guess parking, FP+ etc, help make on-site a more attractive option. That said, it is expensive to park but short of not going or using public transport, you don't have much of an option. Complaining about it is like farting against thunder

Oh - and it's a perfect description about complaining about the car park rise.
You fill your boots It's true though, I get when people are on a budget it's another stinger, but not much you can do, either suck it up or vote with your feet (like that would make a difference)

I stay onsite without a car,so totally impartial. My two weeks in Disney is my escape from the real world with my son's, and I won't let anything spoil it. The choice is simple - go and pay, or stay away from disney. Why stress over something you can't change?
