I have to say I was seriously disappointed by our first visit

it isn't as magical as id imagined - but I have a vivid imagination... so the fault was not with Orlando - its was with me...

Have you seen the adverts for a virgin holiday - matched with a virgin flight... ha ha

if anything the negative things on the dibb bring me back down to earth - I am more likely to read and follow a negative thread to see how people get a positive from it.

It cost me $40 for 4 us plugs = negative
take a 6 gang extension and just use 1 us plug = positive
(There's thousands more)

Yeah MK isn't magical - but it is amazing, its a feat of imagination and engineering, perhaps even a wonder of the modern world...

I know tinks on a wire (my kids probably know that too), but for that
30 seconds - I do I do I do I do believe in fairies...

What? Tink is on a WIRE? Next, you'll be suggesting Cinderella isn't the real one!

Well we can blame Walt for that one...

Then what were you expecting?

It's magical to me. The attention to detail, the whole choreography of the park, the way it instills kindness in almost every guest.

IMHO you will only get the magic if your imagination is a great as Walt's. And our whole education/parenting system beats that out of us as soon as possible. Shame on us, not Disney!

mr H

please reread my post

in was in answer to someone saying people say negative things in here - and my post isn't negative. in fact its all about making positives out of negatives

nothing in my post is dissing Disney - its all about me.

eg I been told all my life the level of service from waiters in US is far superior to here... so that was my expectation, and I was disappointed with that to - as they are just ppl - not superheros!

pls reread

pm

Ah, sorry mis-read it. My apologies. I am very defensive of Disney as I think they always work so hard to make it magical for everyone.

Or to put it another way, I haven't seen anyone do it better!

Phew!

Yeah Ive been following your posts re Insurance, know you know your stuff.

I was speaking in response to a previous post - I was more or less saying its okay to say negative things - cos I use that to make my visits more positive!
