Yup!
I've got my kids on video in '93 at 6 & 8 standing there... after we've all ridden and got a "little" wet!!

I was standing alongside them as the boat started it's descent, then conveniently "stood aside"  behind the perspex to film the "wave" !!


They were absolutely jumping around astonished afterwards, not realising how wet they'd get!!

Good job some of us plan, eh!! Dry clothes and trainers in the back-packs!! .

If you haven't been there... Do Busch!! .

I did this after going on the Congo River Rapids then Tidal Wave, it took me about two hours to dry out!!!  But it was fun and can't wait until I go in September.

Been there done the bridge GOT VERY WET.
DH, I DD and DS did the ride and me and I DD stood on bridge to take photo. Had never been before so did not know how wet we would get, but soon found out!!

Last Feb when we went to Busch it was 6C so there was no way we were doing that!

On a previous trip the ride was down whilst they stretchered a girl off due to whiplash type injuries. She claimed she couldnt move from her neck down, so we didnt go on it!

I didn't know they had this at Busch,I've been on it at Thorpe Park,it was brilliant.

We're having the pleasure of our first visit to BG this October,can't wait .
