TUI Sanford transfers

Hi,

Been going to Florida since I was 6 (now 32) and always had car hire. This is the first year we’re staying onsite with the DDP.

We don’t really see the point of hiring a car with the ease of Uber and will only be going offsite for 2/3 days shopping and possibly using Uber for late nights from the parks for ease if buses are busy.

We have transfers included from Sanford with our booking. Does anyone have any information on these?
How long do they take to get to the hotels? I’m assuming there’s various drop offs?
Also will we have to wait a while for all guests using it to get through immigration?

And what about returning to the airport? How many hours in advance do they pick up? And will they be picking up from others hotels on the way back?

Just curious for any information as if we’re looking at long waits either end, I may look into a private transfer

I used the tui transfer in April to go to art of animation and yes you have to wait for all passengers and they do go to other hotels, took about one hour or so getting there. On the way back they usually pick you up about 4 hours before flight time.
