Help with re-booking flight

Hi

So i booked Nov 2020 to travel with Virgin Atlantic Sept 2021. My flights were cancelled - i did nothing as I want to use the tickets to flight Sept 2022. Yesterday I filled in the online form but just got a generic answer that either my fights are not yet for sale or full - well i can book them via their website so I guess they are not full and on sale.

When i tried to use the chat bot it keeps saying i have to travel before May 2022 - is that true? Help

I was in exactly the same position as you. I didn't try to book them online, I phoned Virgin at 7am, was on hold for about 20 mins, spoke to an agent and he rebooked my flights for September 2022 at no extra cost.
