ESTA for foster child
Hi all. I wonder if anybody has had this to deal with and can help. This week I will be completing our ESTA applications. We have a five year old foster daughter and I believe the form asks for parents full names. What should we do here? I am guessing we don’t put our names in there

I’m not 100% but would assume it would be birth parents as they still technically have parental control, difficulty may be filling in all information. You’d then need a letter from social services to confirm your foster parents and have permission to take her 🙂

Hi we are foster carers and have taken our foster children to Florida. We put child’s parents names in.
Don’t forget to take a permission letter from placing authority as it will be asked for . Have a fantastic time |
