Well, having finally arrived and got wifi I'm going to try and upload at least our travel day photos!
We stayed overnight at lhr bath road premier inn, had breakfast as it started at 5.30am which was delicious. Staff all friendly and would definitely stay there again.
One nights complimentary parking in car park, given print out to direct us to short stay terminal four, we drive there to meet friendly map, handed over our keys and that's our sleep park and fly package too. Fantastic value.

Delta check in done online, so printed passes, straight to bag drop and security. Shopping in duty free by 7.20. Boarding at 8.10, for 9.05 flight. Staff friendly and helpful.
Took photos of our breakfast meals, and kids.
Pretzels later in trip.
Then luvly pizza panini and ice cream about an hour away.

Atlanta very busy and arrived a bit Kate but efficient staff. Got to second plane with 20mins to spare, but they board so quickly. Customs/immigration all done.

Flight to Orlando very quick BUT thunderstorms locked down airport so we circled in holding pattern for just under an hour, then could land. Saw same bits of Florida five or six times lol!

Fabulous straight through gate and out, never even saw the immigration hall, hurray!

Alamo save time took us a while to find the r1 level and the car park, but all so friendly, paperwork shown, car taken, quick check at barrier and done. No persuasive staff or anything, just good service.

Hotel luvly, not overly bubbly staff on reception but big apartment lbv resort village and Spa. Will pop pics on in a bit.

All in all smooth travel day, baring a thunderstorm!

We stayed at the Bath Road Premier Inn last year, and also flew Delta, via Atlanta. Reading your report bought back lots of lovely memories
