Budget OK?

Hi!

Thanks for all the help for far. I have a much lower price on a car with DFCH but it is with Budget. Are they OK?

I don't really mind overly not being able to choose my car if it is going to save me a few hundred pounds?

Can't I cancel for free if I change my mind?

Hating this and appreciate the help,

Kathryn

They are fine. To be honest all the major companies are much the same. We always go with the cheapest which is often Budget.

The only major difference is the charges for automatic toll payments so if you will be using a lot of toll roads check that.

Thanks indeed. I have booked them - they were half the price of Alamo and I am very pleased with £460 for three weeks.

We will only be using the tolls to and from the airport on the 417 so hopefully that is ok. I have kept some change ready!

Thanks for your help x

Hi
One drawback I can see with Budget is that windscreen, tyres, undercarriage etc are not covered with the included insurance. Extra driver free if spouse / partner is a bonus.

Thanks so much Alex,

I upgraded to the extra insurance for £50 more which I never used to do.

I used to be brave enough to ignore all the sales patter...

Have lost my nerve a bit (too much Magical Express) but I will get there again!

Thanks for the advice - I appreciate the support!
