Hi
I asked our reception desk at OKW to change a table service to snack credits as I had been ill and unable to go to the last restaurant we had booked

The desk were quite unhelpful to be fair and just said you’d need to ask at the individual shops

I must admit they hadn’t been helpful on more than one occasion last time we visited

I will add it hasn’t stopped us going to OKW though

The only poor experience I’ve ever had with check in staff has been at OKW. I can categorically state I knew more things Disney can and will do than they did.

OP. I‘be swapped TS credits for snacks at the resort going home day at POR, Beach Club, AKL and Caribbean Beach. OKW claimed I could not do that and also could not do that with QS credits which everywhere else on property recognised. If you have an issue ask to swap your TS credits to QS then just use them for the snacks. This is how I dealt with the OKW person.
