American Airlines - Adding bags to booking

Hi,

Just booked a great priced flight from Edinburgh to Orlando via Expedia, but need to add bags to the booking. Can't seem to find an easy way to do this on American Airlines Website.

Please advise as how I can do this.

(direct message only) with your Locator (6 characters booking number, not the expedia one, the airline one, on your expedia confirmation, the same you use to look up your reservation on the AA site)

they might be able to tell you if you can do that beforehand, or if you need to wait for online check in, or if you can only do at the airport

had this issue last time (not with AA but another airline) and I could only do it at the airport

only AA will be able to tell you depending on the rules of the fare class you've booked

With AA, to my knowledge you can�t add bags until OLCI opens. If it�s not possible online at that point for your flight, you have to do it at the airport, which can be done in kiosks, if available at departure airport.

I just paid for bags at the airport when we went back in April. Cost �45 each way I think.
