WDW Transportation - Newbie

Hi,

It will be the first time we have stayed on site when we go to AKL next year. Is there a handy guide to the WDW transportation? I've found the tube style maps but not exactly sure what it is telling me. E.g to go from AKL to MK,do i need to change buses? how can I tell which stops are en route? how how long do the bus journeys take? Help please!

All the buses are direct from AKL. You won�t have to make any stops apart from the 2 stops within the resort.

Thank you Softy! that's great news. I had visions of us sitting on the bus and stopping at all the hotels in between!

The buses go direct from the resort to the parks. The only stops you�ll encounter is around your resort.

You�ll find a bus stop and it�ll tell you what buses are due when. And then the buses arrive and on the front it clearly states where you�re heading. You only have to worry about boarding, finding a seat and then getting off when you arrive.

Then on your return to your resort you�ll leave the park and again there are lots or bus stops clearly marked.

At AKL now, on your Magic Band you have the ability, once your here, to check the next bus time for whatever park your going to whilst jn uour room ir in ghe way down to the lobby. AK obviously the closest park & took 6 mins tonight from there to Kidani then 2 mins to Jambo House. If you have any specific question PM me I'll try yo answer it, including our room number in case you want a fab pool view room, 2 mins to pool.
