MNSSHP... how busy?
We’re doing MNSSHP on the 17th October, which will be our only MK visit this trip. I’ve seen various comments on different Facebook Florida pages about how busy they have been recently and even queing for rides has been much longer than normal. We went at the end of August last year and didn’t find it that busy at all.
Is it’s really busy? But concerned as it’s the only MK visit we have!

Extremely busy last night which was our fourth party this trip as we have the party pass. Managed to see parade from Town Square and fireworks from Main Street. Queues for POTC and HM were about 30 minutes. Touring plans had it as 7/10 which was about right. Seemed busier than a normal park opening day to me.

We did 2 parties in August and it was extremely busy.
If you are going to do characters pick 3/4. That is all we could manage. Trick or treating leave until the end of night. They become more generous with less lines. The parade/shows I would find a spot a good time before maybe 30 mins. POTC and tea cups the lines were not too bad 20/30. Didn't attempt Space Mountain. There were 10 min lines for snacks as well. The party was just a series of lines. We still had an ok time. Would I do MNSSHP again. I am not sure. I agree with Pete Werner there is just too many people. They need to cap the numbers. Then I might return. Edited at 01:15 PM. |

So so busy last night, 17 Sept.
Queues were crazy for some rides... busier than we’ve seen them through the day. I’d say if you want a fun themed evening with lots of candy, parades and fireworks great... if you’re wanting to do rides you’ll be frustrated

We found it a lot busier at the party evening last week (Tuesday) than the regular park day the next day (Wednesday).
I would say twice as busy. Not so much the ride wait times as trying to get through the crowds of people milling about in the park. Edited at 03:06 PM. |

Much busier this year compared to 2017, did no meet and greets only did parade fireworks trick/treat and five rides In 2017 all the headliner rides were virtual walk ins after 10.30 this year both 7DMT and Space were still showing 30mins at 11.30

It was quiet when we went Monday 2nd September. BTM was virtually walk on and Space Mountain was only 10 minutes. Even Peter Pan was only 10 minutes. I think Dorian kept the crowds away though.

We were there last night (17th Sept) too and didn’t find it too bad though we only managed to walk on rides right at the end of the evening. 7DMT was a shorter than the 15 minute wait time at 11.30 and we walked straight in to see Tiana and Rapunzel but that was gone midnight.
We had a great evening though and got to see the Parade and fireworks without staking a place hours beforehand. Have to admit though that it was a lot busier than 2014 and other years we’ve been.
