Not many do so it is up to you. Last time I saw no one tip, and it was all Americans apart from us, so don’t worry.

I don't think it is expected or "needed". I will often tip when a driver has helped me, even itf it is just a nice smile. Because I need help getting my bag on and off a rental shuttle, I always tip the driver. If the driver is unloading your bags becuase you opted to bring them rather than have them delivered, tipping would be nice.
Many (most) people have their bags taken directly from the airport to their room. I think a tip would be expected if you are in the room to greet the person who delivers the bag. |

We tip, a few weeks ago when we got to the airport we were the only ones tipping, but we got our cases first. Driver was a ex pat now residing in Florida but needed a bit of part time work he told us.
