Thread for those (potentially) stranded due to TC

Wanted to start a thread for those of us in Orlando currently and waiting to hear about TC collapse. Due to fly back on Sunday evening at 7pm US time... worried I’ll be at the airport and the flight will be cancelled.

Here we can post if we’ve received comms from TC and what alternatives we’ve been offered

Edited at 11:51 PM.

My sister is due to fly back a week on Sunday and I don’t think she’s aware of all this. I don’t want to worry her as nothing is official at the moment. They booked flight only so not sure how that would work for them. I do know she was sent an ATOL certificate and so guessing they’d be flown back via ATOL.

We are due to fly back on Sunday at 6.15 pm Florida time and heard nothing different.
Been here since the 1st and we are ready for home now but trying not to worry too much as there’s nothing we can do.
I’ve sent a message to the lady looking after our dog and DS3 has informed the cattery just in case we don’t get home on Monday morning.
I’ll message our taxi driver tomorrow if we hear anything

We are due to fly back on 2nd, can anybody explain the process if we need to source own flights.
Do we just try and book nearest our return date , do we get contacted, are we expected to return ASAP
Never been in this situation before.
Out in Orlando now , only two days into holiday( flight only)

We fly back on 25th at 18.40 as a flight only booking. We have been watching the reports regarding Thomas Cook but are not letting it affect our holiday in any way. I'm assuming that should there be a problem that there will be details online of who to contact to arrange getting home.
