Yes, I've booked with them for our trip this year and have been very happy.

Just to clarify, it's not a $300 gift card for all bookings:
$100 at value resorts
$200 at moderates
$300 at deluxes

If I book a moderate with QSDP, can I use the gift card to pay for a couple of table service meals?

Just wanted to clarify as I don’t wanna pay a huge deposit straight away, that I can just book for one of us and the add the rest of the party at a later date?

Yes you can. For a flight exclusive booking with Disney, the deposit is £50pp.
