The also do a shuttle to universal 👍
Thankyou we hope so too, it's been a long time in the planning but I've stopped looking forward to it now as I don't want to be dissappointed.

Gutted as we should be leaving on Monday for our road trip. We were looking forward to our stay at the Garland.

Sorry I didn’t mean to hijack your thread. Obviously I can’t comment on any of the hotels as not actually stayed in them but After loads of research The Garland offered me what I wanted. I’m sure you will have an amazing trip no matter which hotel you choose.

We stayed at The Garland and would recommend it. There’s nothing close to walk to but they have a shuttle to Universal so you could easily get to City Walk. I like the laid back atmosphere of Burbank and being able to walk to bars, restaurants and shops so would choose The Tangerine over The Garland due to the location.

Is Tangerine quiet inside- we can’t stand road noise etc?

I can’t remember hearing any road noise, I certainly wasn’t kept awake by noise. The road out front wasn’t very busy anyway and the road behind was a small service road.

There was extra parking for the hotel on that service road so don’t worry if the front car park looks tiny in photos, I always parked out back as it was easier to manoeuvre!

Not when we went. We used Uber to get there which was simple enough and I seem to remember it was cheaper to use Uber than pay for parking.

We also used Uber to get to the Hollywood and Highland centre (Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre) and we walked to Warner Bros. We did have a car but its nice to both be able to have a beer or cocktail.
