Discovery Cove reopening on 11th June
Discovery Cove have announced on their FB page that they're reopening on 11th June. I should have gone there last year but was ill on the day so they let me reschedule for this year. So as long as all the ducks are in a row I'll be there on 19th September 😀

That's really good news. We have booked for the 1st of September and I was looking yesterday on the calender and they have blocked out all Tues, Wed, and Thur bookings. Our day falls on a Tuesday, so hopefully when we find out we are definitely going we could phone to change the day.

Maybe they’ll pay me the refund I’ve been waiting for since 19th March then!

We have a booking for early October so good news , if we’re allowed over by then anyway! I wonder what will happen with regard to the all inclusive food and drinks? How will they maintain social distancing say in the lazy river. And mask wise how will that work as in where do you put ur mask when you are entering the water area etc? Xx

Yeah most people do but it’s the few that don’t that worry me! I’ve a couple off times been bumped into by other people with the water flow or people not judging properly where to come back up from underwater etc! Xx

Excited about Disney
|
From the Discovery Cove website:
ATTENTION: DISCOVERY COVE TO OPEN AS A DAY RESORT STARTING JUNE 11 As part of modified operational plans built into our re-opening timeline, certain components of animal meet-and-greets will be temporarily modified or unavailable. A special beachside dolphin presentation will be available to Discovery Cove guests with Signature Dolphin Swim reservations in lieu of the fully immersive experience to help maintain physical distancing No Dolphin swims? |
