Universal entry

Hi, we’re due to go on 6th August staying for 21 nights at Disney POR where we have 21 day tickets with the dining plan (or did have). We have also booked Universal 14 day tickets, sea world and discovery cove. I’m wondering if anyone knows how the universal entry will work. I’ve read that people staying on site are guaranteed entry but not sure what happens with people who have the 14 day tickets with no specific dates. Is it first come first served?

it will be like with any capacity situation

onsite guests are guaranteed entry.

guests with just tickets will be allowed in, as long as capacity is not reached (this means, be there super early) , and, yes, first come, first serve

but, just mentally prepare that this trip won't happen.
there is very little chance that US borders are reopened to us by then.

if you live in the US, you should be ok though
