Ticket master help please

Hi guys,
I am looking for some quick help.
Harry styles concert, I got tickets in 2019, he is now doing a separate concert but tickets are not being honored, they are refunding my old tickets and I have to buy the new tickets which not the issue.

The issue is that my mum bought the 2019 tickets, she has since passed away and they will not refund me, despite my address being on the tickets. I am so upset, I can only contact them by email, I even told them I will show the death certificate and the tickets can be sent to the same address they were initially to go to. They say the can only refund to the account that bought them, obviously that account now no longer exists.

Can anybody help me? I can't find a phone number for them, they sent have messenger on Facebook...

Help please.

Can you contact the venue directly, as it will have been them who appointed Ticketmaster as the seller, they might be able to act as the go-between.

I hope you get it sorted, it's not really fair that they won't refund given the circumstances.

Thank you. There seems to be an issue as they are different venues now. It was supposed to be in the SECC I glasgow, but is now at Ibrox. Should that matter?

If you get no joy, I'd try and find a contact for Harry's management team. Even tweet them asking if they can help?

If they're refunding the original concert and you have to buy new for new venue then that shouldn't matter, they are effectively 2 different events.

Have you spoken to the bank to see what happens if the money is refunded to a closed account? Can the bank just forward to you? I suppose technically it's part of your mum's estate and will need to be distributed accordingly.
