Tenerife with Jet2

Got back from the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife from Manchester in the early hours of this morning. Flew with Jet2 and they were brilliant from start to finish. Fast check ins and baggage straight away. Manchester airports new terminal 2 is not to International standards; long walks everywhere, not enough seating and what there is is uncomfortable, couldn’t find any charging points and very poor phone signal. Hard Rock Hotel was fantastic, food in the buffets had good choices. A quietish area and not for those looking for nightlife but fine. Would go back any time.

Love jet2 had two holidays to Spain with them in the last two months, can’t fault them. However still looking forward to my virgin flight to Florida soon. But I have a nice base tan 😎

We had our first trip with them to Tenerife in April & we also stayed at the HRH. Fabulous all round & like you we’d go back to this hotel anytime!

I don’t tan as I am fair and need factor 50 sun cream to avoid burning. DH on the other hand is very tanned. HRH had plenty of sun loungers and parasols so we were both happy.

Having said I’d go back I now find I am returning to the Hard Rock this October as my sis had booked to take her granddaughter and grandson. Granddaughter now can’t get the time off work (paramedic) so I am the stand in. DH and me are off to Florida mid Sept but when we get back I’ll have a few days to do my washing and repack for Tenerife.
