Anyone been successful contacting Universal hotel after checking out?

Royal Pacific Universal have charged me $18 for water in the room!- I know they used to have Figi water a few years back at this price (with a clear price label), but not now. All I can think is they put the 2 mini bottles of water in your room next to bed, so assume it’s those?- although I used these in HRH back in March and wasn’t charged😐

Crazy really as we had club too with an unlimited amount of drink 😂

I have tried emailing 4 times, but it’s falling on deaf ears.

Annoying as on check out day, the charges were not there, I checked before checking out. However a new ‘bill’ arrived 2 days later when I was in Anna Maria!

Anyone successful with contacting them after checking our, I suspect not so prepared to accept it. It’s more annoying than anything else!

Can’t help re contact but we’re here now and it’s still the Fiji water in our room, clearly marked at $7.50

How odd, they definitely weren’t in our rooms. Are you in club too?
I wonder if they think they have been used, but haven’t as they weren’t there?!

Yes, if it arrived with the charges on, I could have spoken at the desk in person 😞

If they took the charge off your UK credit card then just contact the card company (maybe online) and explain incorrect charge.
Last time I did this (for invalid car hire toll charges) they sent me a paper form to fill in which is just giving same details and they reverse the charge.
They explained that most times the vendor accepts the facts and you hear nothing more about it.

I queried a charge on our bill after checking out in July and it took them over 2 weeks to reply, there not the quickest at responding to emails
